Welcome to Juno Track
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Juno Track, our mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using Juno Track, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Juno Track, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
- You have the authority to enter into these Terms
- You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
2. Account Registration
To use Juno Track, you must:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Promptly update any changes to your information
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
3. Parent/Guardian Responsibilities
As the account holder, you:
- Are responsible for all family member accounts you create
- Must have parental authority over any children added to your account
- Agree to supervise children's use of the Service
- Will ensure age-appropriate use of the Service
- Control all activity logging, point rules, and reward redemptions
- Are responsible for any real-world rewards promised in the app
- Must ensure activities and rewards comply with local laws
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Upload malicious code or content
- Impersonate others or provide false information
- Create activities or rewards that are inappropriate, harmful, or illegal
- Manipulate point values or activity logs in ways that circumvent app functionality
- Share your account with anyone outside your immediate family
5. Intellectual Property
All content and materials in Juno Track, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by or licensed to Juno Track, Inc. You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
- Use our trademarks or logos without authorization
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
6. Points System and Rewards
The Juno Track points system operates as follows:
- Points have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash
- You are responsible for fulfilling any real-world rewards you create
- Point balances and activity history are stored securely and sync across devices
- We reserve the right to adjust point calculations due to technical issues
- Reward redemptions are managed entirely within your family account
7. Mobile App Specific Terms
Additional terms for mobile app usage:
- You must download the app through official app stores (Apple App Store, Google Play)
- App store terms and conditions also apply to your use
- We may push updates that you must install to continue using the Service
- Refund requests must be made through the app store where you downloaded the app
- Some features require internet connectivity and may not work offline
8. Privacy and Data
Your use of Juno Track is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Service Availability and Updates
We strive to keep Juno Track available 24/7, but:
- We may take the Service offline for maintenance or updates
- Service may be interrupted due to technical issues beyond our control
- We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice
- Your data will be preserved during planned maintenance periods
10. Disclaimers
Juno Track is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Defects will be corrected
- The Service is free of viruses or harmful components
- Point calculations will always be 100% accurate
- The app will work on all devices or operating system versions
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Juno Track, Inc. shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of data due to technical issues (though we provide data export tools)
- Family disputes arising from use of the points and rewards system
- Real-world consequences of rewards or activities you create
- Damages exceeding the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months
12. Account Suspension and Termination
Account termination works as follows:
- You may delete your account anytime through app settings
- We may suspend accounts for Terms violations with notice when possible
- Serious violations may result in immediate termination
- Upon termination, your family data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy
- You can export your data before deleting your account
13. Dispute Resolution
For any disputes arising from these Terms:
- First, contact us at legal@junotrack.com to try to resolve the issue
- If unresolved, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration in California
- You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits
- Small claims court disputes under $5,000 may be filed in your local jurisdiction
14. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will:
- Post updated Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date
- Notify you of material changes through the app or via email
- Provide 30 days notice for significant changes when possible
- Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new Terms
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action must be brought in the federal or state courts located in San Francisco County, California.
16. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue in full effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Juno Track.
