Welcome to Juno Track

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Juno Track, our mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using Juno Track, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Juno Track, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
  • You have the authority to enter into these Terms
  • You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations

To use Juno Track, you must:

3. Parent/Guardian Responsibilities

As the account holder, you:

  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

6. Privacy and Data

Your use of Juno Track is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers

Juno Track is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Defects will be corrected
  • The Service is free of viruses or harmful components

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Juno Track, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
